From 1st January 2023, the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) has launched a new Bond option for grant of citizenship. These non-interest-bearing USD-denominated ‘National Action Bond’ must remain in the applicant’s name for a 5-year holding period. After this, there is a 100% guarantee by the Government of Saint Lucia 🇱🇨 to refund the full amount to an account of client’s choosing. Furthermore, with only 1 investment of $300k, an applicant can include unlimited qualifying dependents in the same family application!
Qualifying dependents :
A Spouse, Child under 30, Siblings under 18 & Parents aged 55 & over.
