Antigua and Barbuda has extended their current CBI Program prices for an additional 30 days

Antigua & Barbuda  has extended their current Citizenship Program prices for an additional 30 days. In an official memo released on June 26, 2024, the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) outlined upcoming changes to the program, including price increases as detailed below. This extension provides investors with a unique opportunity to secure citizenship at the current rates before the new prices take effect.

New Prices:

– $230,000 for a family of 1-4 (NDF)

– $245,000 for 5 individuals (NDF)

– $300,000 (inclusive of processing fees) for a family of 6 under the UWI Investment option

– $325,000 minimum investment threshold for real estate

Existing Prices:

– $130,000 for a family of 1-4 (NDF)

– $145,000 for 5 individuals (NDF)

– $150,000 (inclusive of processing fees) for a family of 6 under the UWI Investment option

– $200,000 minimum investment threshold for real estate
