#Granada has officially passed the Law for Key Changes to its Citizenship by Investment Program. This is a huge development, making this program the BEST & ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD for larger families. Key 6 changes as below:

1- Reduced minimum Approved Tourism Accommodation Real Estate Investment amount of USD220,000 (from previously USD350,000) with ownership to be maintained for just 5 years, after which the property can be sold, without affecting citizenship.

2-Unmarried siblings, with no children, of the main applicant and spouse can apply in same family application. With this official, Grenada CBI is only the second passport program to allow the inclusion of siblings!

3-Parents and Grandparents. No age limit for parents and grandparents. Parents and grandparents below the age of 55 can be granted citizenship with no requirement to prove financial dependency.

4-Newborn children of the main applicant, within 12 months of citizenship being granted, will also qualify as dependents.

5-Children, including dependent children up to the age of 30 to be included in same application. With Adult children between 18 and 30 years of age no longer need to be enrolled at an institution of higher learning.

6-Secondary purchasers of CBI units in approved Real Estate Projects are eligible to acquire citizenship.
