Grenada Citizenship by Investment Amendments!

Effective July 1, 2024, as per SRO No. 12 of 2024, Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment program will see updated investment thresholds and fees.

Key Changes:

National Transformation Fund:

– Main Applicant and up to 3 dependants: $235,000

– Additional dependants: $25,000 each

– Specific dependants: $50,000 or $75,000 each

Real Estate Approved Projects:

– Minimum investment: $350,000

– Shared unit in Tourism Accommodation: $270,000 each

– Government Contribution: $50,000 for main applicant and up to 3 dependants, $25,000 for additional dependants

The regulations also outline various fees, including a non-refundable application fee of $10,000 and due diligence fees for developers and directors. The changes provide a detailed framework for qualifying investments and contributions, ensuring a structured and transparent process for applicants.
