EB5 – USCIS Alert

Effective 1July 2021, EB-5 Regional Center Program has expired (both $500k LTO & previous $900k) as “the EB–5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2021” did not pass the congress on June 24 2021. READ MORE on USCIS Site: However, the bill is still alive in Congress and ‘there’s going to be a lot of pressure to resuscitate the program’ before 30Sep21.

In view of above, @SecondpassGlobal will no longer be accepting EB5 Regional Center investments till the bill is passed &/or a green light is given by USCIS. Direct Investment of $500k in TEA & $1m in Non TEA is still valid.
